printalistinchronological

order.Wealsoretainedacopyofeachchain-of-custody

formtouseasarecordsignedbytheemployeebeingtested,whichlistedallinformation

identifying

thespecimens.

Webelievedthatthecombination

ofthecomputerized

trackingsystemandacopyofthechain-of-custody

formwouldadequately

serveasapermanent

2441--TETINFEMPYEEWITHINFRENTITEAEAllemployees

whohaveinfrequent

accesstothesitearecoveredbytheCompany's

FitnessForDutytestingprogramandmustadheretoallprovisions

ofthecorporate

DrugandAlcoholAbusePolicy.Therefore,

wedonotbelieveanyadditional

policiesorprocedures

arenecessary.

However,RG&Ehasdeveloped

aninterimpracticefortestingofnon-RG&Epersonnel

withinfrequent

siteaccess.Wearecurrently

usingthisinterimpracticeforatrialperiodtoassistusindetermining

thebestmethodforreachingtheseindividuals.

Basedontheresultsoftheinterimpracticeduringthistrialperiod,anapprovedprocedure

willbeimplemented
