TheenclosedLicenseAmendment Request(LAR)proposestorevisetheGinnaStationTechnical Specifications (TS)setpoints fortheSteamGenerator WaterLevel-Highfeedwater isolation function(TSTable3.3.2-1,FunctionSb).ThisLARisbeingproposedtotakeadvantage ofthegreaterallowable operating bandforsteamgenerator waterlevelaffordedbythereplacement steamgenerators beinginstalled atGinnaStationduringthe1996Refueling Outage.Thereplacement steamgenerators shownoappreciable degradation insteamseparator performance withwaterlevelsupto100%narrowrangelevel.Therefore, theaccidentanalyseshavebeenevaluated todemonstrate acceptable limitscontinuetobemetwithahighersetpointvalueforfeedwater isolation.
