buildingtomonitorforthepresenceofsparks.Rochester
GasandElectricCorporation
(RG&E)agreestheviolation
occurred.

bytheNRCResidentInspector
duringaroutineplanttour.DuringtheNRCResident's
tour,heobservedsparksenteringtheIntermediate

firedoorS36F,aninfrequent
accessdoortotheTurbineBuilding.
