1/15/ J.V/'7 General Comment I am commenting on Docket ID NRC-2017-0211 I am against the use of thin-wall welded canisters for spent fuel dry storage at San Onofre. The NRC admits that such containers are subject to cracks and will not ensure adequate protection for the public. The NRC should use thick casks as is done in other countries.
