General Comment Please consider the possibility of oceanic problems ( especially Tsunami's, erosion, etc.,)
These time bombs (the nuclear wastes) should be in a much more secluded and weather/water proof space, not subject to such powerful sources of danger and erosion. These discards should be much further from human populations.
