r; r If s;i r'lq 11 /1siatJ1'1 The plan for the spent fuel rods are a catastrophe waiting to happen... WHICH CAN & MUST BE A VOIDED. There are MILLIONS of people who live within the "blast zone" should the spent fuel rods break through the flimsy metal canisters. This is unconscionable. San Onofre is on an earthquake fault & is right on the ocean. Sound just like Fukushima? Only in Southern California there are many more homes & businesses that will become unlivable &
millions more American PEOPLE that will DIE. Fix the problem!!!!
