Uricchio, CPCU, Senior Vice President MEMORANDUM TO OPERATING POWER REACTOR RISK MANAGERS AND THEIR BROKERS Notification of Change in the Number of Power Reactors in the Secondary Financial Protection (SFP) Program Further to my memorandum of May 12, 2016, we have been advised that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Omaha Public Power District an exemption on April 7, 2018 to remove the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Station from the Secondary Financial Protection (SFP) program.
