U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 014-B8 Rockville, Maryland Representatives of Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) are meeting with the NRC staff to discuss topics concerning containment internal structures for Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1.
OPPD plans to discuss its plans for addressing NRC questions concerning containment internal,structures.
This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and Region IV.
