All findings and performance indicators (PIs) in 2023 were Green All PIs were Green (no performance thresholds exceeded) 19 Green findings (16 associated Non-Cited Violations)

Traditional Enforcement (TE) Violations 3 Severity Level IV (Unit 3) 1 Non-Cited Violation and 2 Notice of Violations 1 Severity Level III (Unit 1)

Vogtle Units 1 -4 Annual Assessment Summary

Southern Nuclear Company operated the Vogtle Nuclear Plant Units 1 thru 4 safely and in a manner that preserved the public health and safety and protected the environment.

Vogtle Units 1 thru 4 remained in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix for the last quarter of 2023

NRC plans to conduct routine baseline inspections for 2024
