Vogtle Units 1 - 3 Annual Assessment Summary Southern Nuclear Company operated the Vogtle Nuclear Plant Units 1-3 safely and in a manner that preserved the public health and safety and protected the environment.

Vogtle Units 1, 2, and 3 were in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix for the last quarter of 2022.

Performance Indicators were Green (no performance thresholds exceeded)

2022 Annual Assessment Vogtle Unit 4

Vogtle Units 4 Annual Assessment Summary Southern Nuclear Company constructed Vogtle Nuclear Plant Unit 4 safely and in a manner that preserved the public health and safety and protected the environment.

Vogtle Unit 4 was in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs cROP Action Matrix for the last quarter of 2022.
