Supplemental Inspection, per inspection procedure (IP) 90001, was performed during the first quarter CY 2022. Based upon the inspection results, licensee returned to Licensee Response Column on April 1, 2022.

The site has crossed the threshold (more than 20 Cross Cutting Aspects in the Human Performance area). We will continue to monitor the licensees efforts and progress in addressing the cross-cutting theme until the criteria are no longer met 20
