In Accordance with 10 CFR 95.49, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA) requested NRC review and approval of the ETC USA Information System Security Plan (ISSP) (Reference 1). The plan covers the classified processing systems contained in the ETC-US Centrifuge Assembly Building at the LES Site. NRC recently approved the CAB for open storage of classified information (References 2 and 3). The enclosed ETC USA Information System Security Plan implements new requirements of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 and incorporates changes in response to feedback provided by NRC (Reference 4). The appendices previously included in reference 1 remain applicable for the enclosed revised plan.

The enclosure contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosure should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
