Enclosed please find a description of my technical qualifications and an updated version of the table listing plants designed using the algebraic summation method. The updated table is contained in the NRC's response dat,ed October 25, 1979 to Senator Hart's Question 4.

I have reviewed the errata sheet prepared by G. Amero which was forwarded by your letter dated December 18, 1979 and I concur with those changes.
