Commissioner Gilinsky I understand that the Beaver Valley Plant has had severe water hammer and pipe vibration problems.

Please provide me with a history of these problems.

Are these related in any way to the errors in the design stemming from incorrect pipe stress calculations?

Has any examination been made of pipe supports in'the plant and, if so, is there any evidence that these have given way?
