t I am enclosing for your information a copy of a letter dated November 28, 1979 that was sent to Congressman Udall regarding the shutdown by the NRC of five nuclear power plants earlier this year. A subsequent response from Congressman Udall dated December 3, 1979 and a reply from the NRC dated December 12, 1979 are also enclosed.

-I plan to forward a marked-up copy of the transcript of my October 25, 1979 deposition in about a week.
