Dear Mr. Collins:
The Westinghouse Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation, hereby requests the Commission to grant the withdrawal of the application to transfer and amend the possession only license for the Westinghouse Test Reactor (License Number TR-2, 3 Docket Number 50-022). That application request was made by the above referenced letter. The nuclear businesses of CBS Corporation that operate under the various licenses, approvals and certificates issued by the Commission remain intact as a continuing operating division of the re-named corporate entity. These nuclear 3'
businesses now operate and do business under the name ' Westinghouse Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation". The withdrawalis necessitated because the former plans to separate the corporation's broadcasting and industrial businesses now will not occur.
