Directors _of the private company that now owns GA Technologies, Inc.: ,

~ (GA). The board member .is also a Senior Vice President responsible for the GA division under which all SNM-696 activities 1are.' conducted.. This Senior Vice President reports directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GA Technologies, Inc.

2. . The title of the former Manager, Licensing =and Nuclear! Compliance, is now Manager, Licensing,-Safety, and Nuclear Compliance.,

A. ' Licensing,' Safety and Compliance -

Brock, Region V-Facility Inspector, on January 28, 1987. He foresaw no safety;or- environmental problem with the requested authorization.

CONCLUSION Issuance of the amendment authorizing the requested changes in organization is recommended.
