l In the referenced memorandum, E. Brach noted that we should make arrangements I
with you to transfer the five remaining FY 87 Region V licensing cases which, due to lack of sufficient resources, would otherwise remain as a backlog for next fiscal year. As LeRoy Norderhaug of my staff discussed with Don Joy of your staff, on August 17, 1987, enclosed herewith are copies of the original licensee's submittal letters.
