SUMMARY

l Scope: This routine, announced inspection was conducted by two inspectors at the rite in the areas of physical inventory and facility organization and management controls.  ;

Results: One licensee identified violation for failure to perform a quarterly audit was identified. Since the violation meets the test in Appendix C of l 10 CFR 2, no notice of violation has been issued. j l
