SUMARY 1
Scope:
lhis special announced inspection was conducted by one NRC inspector t
in the areas of reactive followup to a licensee reported loss of special nuclear material, review of the licensee's internal control j
programs, and followup of previously identified inspection findings.
Results:
No violations or deviations were identified in the areas inspected, j
One unresolved item was identified in the area of an apparent missing item, and four inspector followup items were identified in the areas of audit procedures'developftent, and proposed corrective actions relative to rod item control.
