Dear Mr. Cummings:
As you asked, this is a written request that you provide us a copy of the document which Sharon Connelly on January 24, 1986 telephonically advised an OGC attorney she had found.
Ms. Connelly stated that this document concerned her conversation with Lisa Shea on September 9, 1985. We are attaching a letter which narrates our prior unsuccessful attempts to acquire a copy of this document.
With regard to your request for a meeting, I do not believe a meeting with myself and Richard Levi would be useful at this point. The investigation report has been provided to the Commission, and any additional information should be provided in a form which can be delivered directly to the Commission.
If it is determined from any additional information that a meeting would be useful, then we will again discuss your request with the Commission.
