U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Consnission TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This communication is to notify all persons concerned that Mr. Dana Presberry of Dana Presberry and Associates has been given proper authority to perform the following tasks:
-- Investigate all aspects of the discrimination complaint filed by Ms. Lisa A. Shea in accordance with 29 CFR 51613, Subpart B.
" Nondiscrimination on Account of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, or National Origin." and Subpart E, " Nondiscrimination on Account of Age;"
-- Require employees of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Consnission to cooperate in the conduct of the investigation; and
-- Require employees of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission having knowledge of the matter (s) complained of to furnish testimony under oath or affirmation without a pledge of confidence.
Testimonies will be taken verbatim eithsr by tape recording later transcribed to written form or stenographically by a court reporter.
