SCHEDULING PROBLEMS IN OIA EEO COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION J
Due to the present unavailability of Sharon Connelly's attorney, the earliest time for her interview in connection with the OIA EEO investigation is 10:00 a.m., December 4, i
1985.
Obviously, this will make it impossible for Mr. Rosenthal to include a summary of her interview in the package he intended to provide the Commission on December 3, 1985.

Mr. Rosenthal has advised me that he still intends to provide all. summaries (other than Connelly's) to the Commis-sion on December 3.
He will attempt to provide Ms. Connelly's summary separately to the Commission late December 6, although he may be able to provide the summary no earlier than just before the Commission meeting on December 9.
In connection with Mr. Rosenthal's submissions, I intend to provide the Commission with a short primer on sexual harassment within the meaning of Title VII of the Civil j
Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.
