SUBJECT:

DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION Enclosed is a draft of the investigative report resulting from your complaint of discrimination because of sex which was filed with the NRC on September 10, 1985. The errata sheets in connection with signed affidavits from two (2) alleged discriminating officials (AD0's) have not been completed. Receipt of this data is expected no later than December 23, 1985, at such time we will forward them to you immediately; and this draft will become the final investigative report.

29 CFR 91613.217(a) of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations governing the discrimination complaint process, requires that the Agency provide an opportunity for adjustment of the complaint on an informal basis after the complainant has reviewed the investigative file. I understand that arrangements have been made for you to meet with Mr. Alan Rosenthal , the EE0 Officer assigned to the case, on January 2,1986. During this meeting, you and the EE0 Officer can explore ways in which the complaint could possibly be resolved to the mutual satisfaction of you and the NRC.
