The attached Performance Appraisal Sumary for the Office of Inspector and Auditor (including employees' names) from 1981 to present is provided in accordance with your telephonic request on December 3,1985. The information for the period 1980-1981 is not available since at that time no summary ratings were assigned. We would be pleased to provide the appraisal forms for that period if you so desire.
