Dear Ms. Morrisette:
Late Wednesday afternoon, March 19, 1986, the Commission received the enclosed written submission from George Messenger of our Office of Inspector and Auditor.
During a meeting with Mr. Messenger on March 20, 1986, Mr. Messenger's attorney provided corrections to the report.
Copies of his errata corrections are also enclosed.

Any employee conduct that violates this code cannot be condoned.
Sexual harassment is a form of employee miseenduct that edermines the integrity of the employment relationship. All employees must be allowed to work in an environment free from msolleited and mwelcome sexual overtures.
