U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This communication is to notify all persons concerned that Mr. Dana Presberry of Dana Presberry and Associates has been given pro'. r authority to perform the folinwing tasks:

-- Investigate all aspects of the discrimination complaint filed by Ms. Lisa A. Shea in accordance with 29 CFR 61613, Subpart B.

" Nondiscrimination on Account of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, or National Origin," and Subpart E, " Nondiscrimination on Account of Age;"

.. Require employees of the U.S. Nuclear Pegulatory Commission tn cooperate in the conduct of the investigation; and

-- Reouire employees of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission having knowledge of the matter (s) complained of to furnish testimony under oath or affirmation without a pledge of confidence.
