This is the third recent Commission interest in enforcement-type matters at hospitals--VA enforcement, misadministration, and--now--penalties against individuals.-

I suggest you get with Jim Taylor and begin a review of the enforcement -

philosophy against reactor licensees vis-a-vis the philosophy against non-reactor licensees. I think we should work with IE in achieving a high level of consistency.

I'd like you to examine this and lets discuss. . Schedule the discussion the week of June 9.

Also, tell IE NMSS would like to see the reply to ED0 Control 001760.
