1. Mention previous requests for budget resources, reference other materials requests, clearly state need for increased agency resources (our priorities and budgets are balanced properly now).

2. Build up benefits of nuclear medicine, radiation therapy. " Rule will further l

4. Delete "68FTE" paragraph, say "concious Commission decision to staff the regions and headquarters," and add resources. This one element does compete with other elements in materials programs including Sequoyah ' r McGee spill that completely blew the fuel cycle budget). The Che Commission must determine the source of the resources.

5. Show the agency that thcre is increased Commission interest in materials by making, for example, licensee visits.
