Guspension of Licensed Operator for Offsite Arrest At 5:49 p.m., May 3, 1993, the licensee notified the NRC Headquarters Duty Officer of the suspension of a licensed oper.ator who admitted to an offsite arrest for possession of, cocaine. The operator was in a rchabilitation program due to a previous positive (random) drug test for cocaine. His work status had been suspended and his unescorted access cuthorization had already been revoked.
