In accordance with your amendment application dated March 25, 1988, and
! pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License
! No. SNM.1912, is hereby amended to revise the ownership interests in the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 1. Accordingly, Condition 1 is revised as follows:
- 1. Texas Utilities Electric Company 1 Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc.
L Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc.
l l This amendment is effective as of the date of the completion of the transfer
! of the ownership interest shares as described in the application. All other j corditions of the license shall remain the same.
1 Amended Materials License No. SNM-1912 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed. Also enclosed are five copies of Amendment No. 3 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96 for your review and acceptance. Please return one signed copy.
