.This is in response to your letter and attachment dated January 16, 1987 in which you request approval of Revision 6 of the " Interim Physical Security
- Plan for Protection of Stored Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance at Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station."
The changes from Revision 5-in Revision 6 specified more precisely the responsibilities of the TUGC0 Security Manager, the Security Chief and the Security Shift Supervisor. We have reviewed these changes and find that they are acceptable.
However, in the course of this review we noted a number of deficiencies in other parts of the Security Plan which should be corrected before Revision 6 can be approved. Our comments on these shortcomings are contained in the enclosure.
Please submit a revised version of your Security Plan which addresses these co crns by May 29, 1987. Any questions concerning our comments should be

We have determined tb t the attachment to your letter dated January 16, 1987 and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Svetion 2.790(d)(1), such informa-tion is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
