By your amendment application dated March 25, 1988, you requested that Materials License No. ShM-1912 be amended to revise the ownership interests in the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES), Unit 1.

In accordance with your request, the Nuclear Regulatory Comission issued Amen &ent No. 4 i

to Materials License No. SNM-1912 on August 12, 1988. The amendment allows a transfer in ownership interest of the CPSES, Unit 1 fran Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA) to Texas Utilities Electric Company (TUEC) in the amount of 6.2 percent.

Due to an aministrative error, this atendment did not make clear that the ownership transfers from TMPA to TUEC authorized by the amendment wuld take place in 10 installments as set forth in the Agreement attached to the application dated March 25, 1988. Therefore, a currected amendment is being issued providing this clarification regardin9 the authorized transfers.

Accordingly, in accordance with your amendment application dated March 25, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70. Materials License No. ShM-1912, is hereby amended to revise the ownership interests in the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Unit 1.

Condition 1 is revised as follows:

i March 25,1988. At the completion thereof Texas Municipal Power Agency is no l

longer a licensee.

In addition, the date of March 25, 1988, is incorporated into Condition 9 of the license.

All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.

Since TMPA continues as a shareholder, knendment No. 3 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96, dated August 12, 1988, should be disregarded and Amendment No. 2 to r

l the Indemnity Agreerrent remains in effect. Once the last installment is complete, i

an amendment to the Indemnity Agreement will be issued to delete TMPA as a i

shareholder.
