This is in partial response to your letter dated June 16, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records relevant to and/or generated in connection with the overview, regulation; and investigation of the receipt of 93% enriched uranium at the Comanche Peak plant.
We have been informed by the NRC staff that documents subject to your request are available for public inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) in docket file 70-2932.
The NRC has not completed its search for and review of any additional documents which may be subject to your request. We will respond again as soon as search and review are completed.
