In accordance with your amendment application dated July 17,:1987, and pursuant 1
to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1912 is hereby amended to extend the expiration date of the license, modify position and engineering group titles, and revise specifics concerning the calibration frequency of portable radiation survey instruments.
Accordingly, Conditions 4, 11, 12, 14.c, and'20 are revised to incorporate these changes.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Amended Materials License No. SNM-1912 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
