In accordance with your application dated May 16, 1986, and its supplement dated May 23, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1912 is hereby amended authorizing the receipt, possession, inspection, storage, use, and packaging for delivery to a carrier a maximum of 40 grams of contained U-235 in uranium enriched to a maximum of 93.5 percent in the U-235 isotope. Accordingly, Conditions 6.B., 7.B., and 8.B. are added to your license as follows:
Condition 6.B. Uranium enriched in the U-235 isotope.
Condition 7.0. Contained in excore neutron detectors.
Condition 8.D. 40 grams contained U-235 dn uranium enriched to no more than 93.5 percent in t'-235.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this amendment.
