In accordance with your amendment application dated March 25, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM.1912, is hereby amended to revise the ownership interests in the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 1.
Accordingly, Condition 1 is revised as follows:

This amendment is effective as of the date of the completion of the transfer of the ownership interest shares as described in the application. All other j

1 Amended Materials License No. SNM-1912 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed. Also enclosed are five copies of Amendment No. 3 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96 for your review and acceptance.
