This letter is to confirm arrangements that have been made for the November 7 - 9 visit by members of the NRC staff to r.lternative sites for NEP 1 & 2. We understand the itinerary for the visit to be as follows:

Tuesday, November 7:

Meet at Baker Brook Resort, in Littleton, NH (phone 603-444-2147),

at 8 am. Visit Errol site by air, and Moore Reservoir and Comerford by auto. (Sites are described in Environmental Report, pp. 9.2-9 through 9.2-208). Then drive to Greenfield, MA (via Concord, NH, to pick up state reports or consult with state officials as desired by participants of the visit).

Wednesday, November 8:

Meet at the Candle Light Motor Inn, Greenfield, MA (413-772-0101) at 8 am. Visit Beer Swamp, Gill, and Erving sites by auto. An aircraft is to be available for those who wish to see the sites from the air. (NRC will reimburse New England Power Company for our pro-rated use of the aircraft used in visiting the New Ilaapshire and Massachusetts sites.) Then drive to Rhode Island (via Boston to pick up state reports or consult with state officials as desired by participants.)

Thursday, November 9:

Meet at the Holiday Inn in South Kingstown, RI (401-789-1051),

at 8 am. Visit Rhode Island sites by auto (and pick up state reports and consult with state officials as desired by partici-pants).
