AFFIDAVIT OF JOSEPH HARRINGTON I, Joseph Harrington, having first been duly sworn, on oath depose and say that:

I am Project Manager tur NEP 1 and 2, two planned nuclear units regarding which an application for a construction permit was docketed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") on September 9, 1976.

The application has been assigned Docket Nos. STN 50-568 and STN 50-569 by the NRC.

The distribution of copies of Revision 3 to the General and Financial Information portion of our application to Federal, State and local of ficials has been complett i in accordance with the requirecents of the NRC's regulations and the written instructions f urnished to the applicant on September 8,1976, by the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
