AFFIDAVIT OF JOSEPH HARRINGTON I, Joseph Harrington, having first been duly sworn, on oath depose and say that:
I am Project Manager for NEP 1 and 2, two planned nuclear units regarding which an application for a construction permit was docketed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") on September 9,1976.
The application has been assigned Docket Nos. STN 50-568 and STN 50-569 by the NRC.
The distribution of copies of Amendment N12 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report to Federal, State and local officials has been completed in accordance with the requirements of the NRC's regulations and the written instructions furnished to the applicant on September 8,1976, by the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Lists of said officials are annexed hereto as " Attachment A."
