AFFIDAVIT OF JOSEPH HARRINGTON I, Joseph Harrington, having first been duly sworn, on oath depose and say that:
I am Project Manager for NEP 1 and 2, two planned nuclear units regarding which an application for a construction permit was docketed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") on September 9,1976.
The application has been assigned Docket Nos. STN 50-568 and SIN 50-569 by the NRC.
The distribution of copies of Revision 5 to the Environmental Report to Federal, State and local of ficials has been completed in accordance with the requirements of the NRC's regulations and the written instructions furnished to the applicant on June 9,1978, by the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Lists of said of ficials are annexed hereto as " Attachment A".
