AMENDMENT OF LICENSE TO DELETE URANIUM FUEL ELEMENTS (TAC NO. L31100)
Dear Mr. Fliszar:
In accordance with your application dated July 31,1998 and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-561 is hereby amended to delete the 1716 grams of sealed uranium MTR-type fuel elements as authorized material from the license.
Accordingly, Condition 10 has been revised to include the date of July 31,1998 and Condition 17 has been deleted due to removal of the fuel elements.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-561 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
