provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e) and are acceptable for inclusion in the Plan.

The enclosures to your letter contained information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).

Such information is deemed to be Commercial Information W.!n the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19. TFey will be withheld from public disclosure and will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
