- 20. The minimum qualifications for the aosition of Alternate Radiation Protection Officer shall >e a bachelor's degree in l
health physics, physical / life science, or engineering, followed by 1 year of experience in radiation safety.
All other condition's of your license shall remain the same.
The above-conditions were discussed and agreed to by your Mr. Richard Fliszar and Mr. Scott Pennington of my staff on January 19, 1989. With the change to
. Condition 9 and the addition of Condition 20, changes in personnel and instruments can be made without requesting license amendments.
