In accordance,with the application dated November 22, 1988, and pursuant to .
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, .Part 70, Conditions 1 and 2 of Materials I License No. SNM-561 are hereby amended to. change the facility name and address, respectively, and Condition ~9 is revised to remove demonstrative.information from the license. -In addition; Condition.20 is added.to incorporate minimum qualifications for the Alternate Radiation Protection Officer. - Accordingly, '

1 L 20. The minimum qualifications for the aosition of Alternate l Radiation Protection Officer shall >e a bachelor's degree in health physics, physical / life science, or engineering, followed by 1 year of experience in radiation safety.
All other condition's of your license shall remain the same.
The above-conditions were discussed and agreed to by your Mr. Richard Fliszar and Mr. Scott Pennington of my staff on January 19, 1989. With the change to
. Condition 9 and the addition of Condition 20, changes in personnel and instruments can be made without requesting license amendments.
