Dear Mr. Moss:
This is in response to your letter of July 27, 1988 which forwarded changes to your Category II Physical Security Plan based on comments received from NRC S after a site visit by Ms. Rocio Gallegos of my staff on June 16, 1988.
We have reviewed your changes and find them acceptable in meeting the provisions of Section 73.67(a) and (d). Accordingly, we are hereby approving your physical security plan and issuing the following license condition to your SNM-561 license, effective imediately.
"The licensee shall follow the physical protection plan titled
" Physical Security Plan for SNM 561 CFX uranium 235 Sources (Revision 0)" dated July 29, 1988; and as it may further be revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e)."
The enclosure to your letter contains infomation of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and is to be withheld from public disclosure.
