In accordance with your application dated July 27, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-561 is hereby ecnded to include Condition 19 which shall read as follows:
Condition 19. The licensee shall follow the physical protection plan titled "Physical Security Plan for SNM-561 CFX Uranium 235 Sources (Rev. 0)" dated July 29, 1988, and as it may be further revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
All other conditions of this ifcense shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of revised License No. SNM-561 and our Safety Evaluation Report.
