This letter is in response to your amendment application dated December 8, 1987. In your application, you specifically requested an amendment to l Materials License No. SNM-561 to reflect a change of the Radiation Protection Officer (RP0). Staff has reviewed the qualifications of the newly appointed RPO, Mr. Richard Fliszar, and concluded that he meets the requirements of Condition 11 as stated in your license. Therefore, an amendment is not necessary, and no further action will be taken on this request.
In addition, if you have changed your facility name and mailing address, you should request an amendment to your license to reflect these changes.
