On November 27,1995, Southern Nuclea- Operating Company provided a copy of the renewed i NPDES Permit for Farley Nuclear Plant per Section 3.2 of the Environmental Protection Plan, Appendix B to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-2 and NPF-8. Enclosed is a revised copy of J the renewed Farley Nuclear Plant NPDES Permit issued by the Alabama Department of l Environmental Management (ADEM). The permit became effective on November 1,1995. This copy includes several administrative changes that have been incorporated by ADEM since the original November 27,1995, transmittal. The changes do not significantly alter the requirements j of the permit. '
