LICENSEES' MOTION FOR EXPEDITED ORDER COMPELLING PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and the Power Authority of the State of New York, licensees of Indian Point Units 2 and 3, respectively, move the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) for an order compelling the production of documents relied upon in his testimony by Dr. Charles Perrow, a witness for FOE /Audubon on Commission Question 1.

The ground for this motion, which is more fully set forth in the accompanying memorandum, is that FOE /Audubon's failure to comply with the Board's requirement that wit-nesses produce all documents relied upon in the preparation 8302030164 830201 PDR ADOCK 05000247 g PDR 3Co3

l of their testimony denies the licensees their right to complete preparation of their case, and, therefore, has denied them administrative procedural rights and due process of law.
