20555 Hon. Judge Gleason:

Laurie Vetere, the attorney for Westchester County responsible for the NRC hearings, left the County's employ suddenly earlier this month.

As a result, I have assumed the task of drafting the " Findings of Fact" for commission questions "3" and "4".

Due to my lack of familiarity with the subject matter and the voluminous transcripts involved I find that I will be unable to complete this project by June 27.

Therefore I must respectfully request a two-week extension of time to submit these findings.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

If you have any questions please contact me directly at (914) 682-3111.

Sincerely, n.pc Faith
